稳定性和存储	The ELISA Kit should be stored at 2–8°C and is stable for up to 6 months when unopened, unless otherwise stated on the product label or datasheet. Components stored separately may remain stable for up to 12 months under recommended conditions. After opening, keep components tightly capped at 2–8°C. Prepared working solutions should be used on the day of preparation, and repeated freeze-thaw cycles of protein-containing reagents, including reconstituted standards/calibrators, should be avoided.

背景	Pembrolizumab is a humanized IgG4 monoclonal antibody targeting PD-1, designed to block its interaction with PD-L1 and PD-L2 and thereby restore T-cell–mediated immune responses against cancer. By inhibiting this immune checkpoint, pembrolizumab reactivates exhausted T cells and promotes recognition and elimination of tumor cells. It has become a foundational immunotherapy across a broad range of malignancies and exemplifies the clinical success of checkpoint blockade strategies in cancer treatment.
