稳定性和存储The ELISA Kit should be stored at 2–8°C and is stable for up to 6 months when unopened, unless otherwise stated on the product label or datasheet. Components stored separately may remain stable for up to 12 months under recommended conditions. After opening, keep components tightly capped at 2–8°C. Prepared working solutions should be used on the day of preparation, and repeated freeze-thaw cycles of protein-containing reagents, including reconstituted standards/calibrators, should be avoided.

背景

Ixekizumab is a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting interleukin-17A (IL-17A), a key proinflammatory cytokine involved in the pathogenesis of autoimmune and inflammatory diseases. By selectively neutralizing IL-17A, ixekizumab reduces downstream inflammatory signaling, keratinocyte activation, and tissue inflammation. The antibody is approved for the treatment of moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis and other inflammatory conditions characterized by IL-17–driven immune dysregulation.
