稳定性和存储The ELISA Kit should be stored at 2–8°C and is stable for up to 6 months when unopened, unless otherwise stated on the product label or datasheet. Components stored separately may remain stable for up to 12 months under recommended conditions. After opening, keep components tightly capped at 2–8°C. Prepared working solutions should be used on the day of preparation, and repeated freeze-thaw cycles of protein-containing reagents, including reconstituted standards/calibrators, should be avoided.

背景

Mirikizumab is a monoclonal antibody targeting interleukin-23 (IL-23), a central cytokine in the Th17 inflammatory pathway. By selectively inhibiting IL-23 signaling, this antibody reduces downstream production of proinflammatory cytokines such as IL-17, thereby attenuating chronic inflammation. This class of IL-23 inhibitors is used primarily in the treatment of psoriasis and other immune-mediated inflammatory diseases, where dysregulated Th17 responses drive pathology.
