Prepared working solutions should be used on the day of preparation, and repeated freeze-thaw cycles of protein-containing reagents, including reconstituted standards/calibrators, should be avoided.

背景	Avelumab is a fully human IgG1 monoclonal antibody targeting PD-L1, designed to block PD-L1 interaction with PD-1 and B7.1 and thereby restore T-cell–mediated antitumor immunity. Unlike some other checkpoint inhibitors, avelumab retains a functional Fc region, enabling potential engagement of antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity. This dual mechanism combines immune checkpoint blockade with innate immune activation and has been applied in the treatment of several solid tumors.
