背景	Durvalumab is a fully human IgG1 monoclonal antibody targeting PD-L1, designed to inhibit PD-L1–mediated suppression of T-cell activation. By preventing PD-L1 interaction with PD-1 and CD80, durvalumab restores cytotoxic T-cell function and enhances immune-mediated tumor clearance. The antibody is used in multiple oncologic indications, particularly in non–small cell lung cancer and urothelial carcinoma, as part of immune checkpoint inhibition strategies.
