稳定性和存储The ELISA Kit should be stored at 2–8°C and is stable for up to 6 months when unopened, unless otherwise stated on the product label or datasheet. Components stored separately may remain stable for up to 12 months under recommended conditions. After opening, keep components tightly capped at 2–8°C. Prepared working solutions should be used on the day of preparation, and repeated freeze-thaw cycles of protein-containing reagents, including reconstituted standards/calibrators, should be avoided.

背景

Eculizumab is a humanized IgG2/4 monoclonal antibody targeting complement component C5, a key protein in the terminal complement cascade. By inhibiting C5 cleavage, it prevents formation of C5a and the membrane attack complex (C5b-9), thereby blocking complement-mediated cell lysis and inflammation.
