稳定性和存储The ELISA Kit should be stored at 2–8°C and is stable for up to 6 months when unopened, unless otherwise stated on the product label or datasheet. Components stored separately may remain stable for up to 12 months under recommended conditions. After opening, keep components tightly capped at 2–8°C. Prepared working solutions should be used on the day of preparation, and repeated freeze-thaw cycles of protein-containing reagents, including reconstituted standards/calibrators, should be avoided.

背景

Ocrelizumab is a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting cluster of differentiation 20 (CD20). By binding to CD20 on B cells, ocrelizumab induces antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC), complement-dependent cytotoxicity (CDC), and B-cell depletion. It is widely used for the treatment of relapsing forms of multiple sclerosis and primary progressive multiple sclerosis.
