稳定性和存储The ELISA Kit should be stored at 2–8°C and is stable for up to 6 months when unopened, unless otherwise stated on the product label or datasheet. Components stored separately may remain stable for up to 12 months under recommended conditions. After opening, keep components tightly capped at 2–8°C. Prepared working solutions should be used on the day of preparation, and repeated freeze-thaw cycles of protein-containing reagents, including reconstituted standards/calibrators, should be avoided.

背景

Etanercept is a recombinant fusion protein consisting of the extracellular ligand-binding portion of TNF receptor 2 (TNFR2) linked to an IgG1 Fc domain. It binds tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α), a key proinflammatory cytokine involved in systemic inflammation and autoimmune disease pathology.
