Prepared working solutions should be used on the day of preparation, and repeated freeze-thaw cycles of protein-containing reagents, including reconstituted standards/calibrators, should be avoided.

背景	Trastuzumab is a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2).
