稳定性和存储The ELISA Kit should be stored at 2–8°C and is stable for up to 6 months when unopened, unless otherwise stated on the product label or datasheet. Components stored separately may remain stable for up to 12 months under recommended conditions. After opening, keep components tightly capped at 2–8°C. Prepared working solutions should be used on the day of preparation, and repeated freeze-thaw cycles of protein-containing reagents, including reconstituted standards/calibrators, should be avoided.

Guselkumab is a fully human IgG1 monoclonal antibody targeting interleukin-23 (IL-23) p19 subunit, a central cytokine driving Th17-mediated inflammatory responses. IL-23 is critical for the maintenance and expansion of pathogenic Th17 cells, which contribute to chronic inflammation in autoimmune diseases such as psoriasis.
