稳定性和存储The ELISA Kit should be stored at 2–8°C and is stable for up to 6 months when unopened, unless otherwise stated on the product label or datasheet. Components stored separately may remain stable for up to 12 months under recommended conditions. After opening, keep components tightly capped at 2–8°C. Prepared working solutions should be used on the day of preparation, and repeated freeze-thaw cycles of protein-containing reagents, including reconstituted standards/calibrators, should be avoided.

背景

Nivolumab is a fully human IgG4 monoclonal antibody targeting PD-1, an inhibitory receptor expressed on activated T cells. By blocking PD-1 interaction with PD-L1 and PD-L2, nivolumab restores T-cell proliferation, cytokine production, and cytotoxic activity against tumor cells. Tumors often exploit the PD-1 pathway to evade immune destruction, and its blockade enhances endogenous antitumor immunity. Nivolumab is widely approved across multiple cancer types and represents a cornerstone immune checkpoint inhibitor in oncology.
