背景	P-selectin glycoprotein ligand 1 (CD162/SELPLG) is a ~43 kDa protein. A SLe(x)-type proteoglycan, which through high affinity, calcium-dependent interactions with E-, P- and L-selectins, mediates rapid rolling of leukocytes over vascular surfaces during the initial steps in inflammation. Critical for the initial leukocyte capture.
Note	For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is 0.5 µg per million cells in 100 µL volume. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application. For research use only.

Flow CytoMetry

Flow-cytometry using PE anti-human CD162 antibody. Jurkat cells were stained with an irrelevant antibody (Blue Histogram) or an PE anti-human CD162 monoclonal antibody (Catalog: HC298127, Yellow Histogram) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
