To obtain a final concentration of 1 mg/ml reconstitute 0.25 mg vials with 0.25 ml water and 1.0 mg vials with 1.0 ml water. Please refer to the specific buffer information in the hardcopy of datasheet or the lot-specific COA. |
| 运输 | Ambient |
| 稳定性和存储 | Lyophilized proteins are stable at ambient temperature for at least 2 weeks. If the protein is not to be used immediately then the protein should be stored in lyophilized form at -20 °C for up 12 months. Once the protein has been reconstituted we recommend storage at 4 °C for up to one week. For longer term storage of protein in solution we recommend aliquoting into smaller vials to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles and storage at -20 or -80 °C for up to 3 months. To avoid surface adsorption loss and inactivation we strongly recommend that the protein should not be aliquoted in less than 10 μg per vial. |

| 背景 | ICH3030 is a recombinant marmoset (Callithrix jacchus) CD64 (FCGR1A) protein, the high-affinity IgG Fc receptor I, expressed in human embryonic kidney (HEK) 293 cells to preserve native-like folding and mammalian glycosylation. Supplied as an in-vivo grade, ultra-low endotoxin (<0.5 EU/mg) preparation, it is well suited to functional and quantitative biophysical research where contaminating endotoxin would otherwise confound Fc receptor binding, cell-based, or immunogenicity readouts. Because the marmoset is an increasingly used non-human primate model in immunology, neuroscience, and infectious disease, a species-matched CD64 reagent supports cross-reactivity and translational bridging studies that human or mouse orthologs cannot address. The protein is validated for surface plasmon resonance (SPR), biolayer interferometry (BLI), and ELISA, making it appropriate for affinity ranking, kinetic characterization, and Fc-engineering workflows. Provided as a bulk, research-use-only reagent, it is intended as a tool for in-vitro and ex-vivo characterization that underpins antibody and Fc-domain programs in non-human primate systems. All content is guidance for ichorbio to review before publishing. CD64 (FCGR1A) is the only human/primate high-affinity receptor for monomeric IgG, binding the Fc region with nanomolar affinity through three extracellular immunoglobulin-like domains (in contrast to the lower-affinity CD32 and CD16 receptors, which chiefly engage immune complexes). It is expressed constitutively on monocytes, macrophages, and dendritic cells, and is strongly upregulated on neutrophils by interferon-gamma and G-CSF during inflammation. Signaling proceeds via association with the FcR gamma-chain and its ITAM motifs, driving antibody-dependent cellular phagocytosis, respiratory burst, cytokine release, antigen presentation, and antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity. Because CD64 sits at the interface of humoral and innate immunity, it is a key determinant of the effector function and pharmacokinetics of therapeutic IgG. The marmoset ortholog allows Fc-receptor engagement to be assessed in a small non-human primate model relevant to translational antibody development. |
