May play a role in the regulation of cellular growth and transformation of activated lymphoblasts. Regulates gene expression through activation of NF-kappa-B. Flow cytometry

Flow-cytometry using APC anti-human TNFRSF8 antibody. Jurkat cells were stained with an irrelevant antibody (Blue Histogram) or an APC anti-human TNFRSF8 monoclonal antibody (Catalog HB038016, Yellow Histogram) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
