背景

Tumor-associated calcium signal transducer 2 (TACSTD2/TROP2) is a ~35 kDa protein. May function as a growth factor receptor. TACSTD2 is the therapeutic target of sacituzumab govitecan (Trodelvy).

  • Flow Cytometry

    Flow-cytometry using anti-human TACSTD2 antibody. Untransfected cells (blue Histogram) and Transfected cells (Yellow Histogram) were stained with an anti-human TACSTD2 monoclonal antibody (Catalog HY373016) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L Polyclonal Antibody, FITC (abinScience: HF690414) and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.

    Flow-cytometry using anti-human TACSTD2 antibody. Hela cells were stained with an irrelevant antibody (Blue Histogram) or an anti-human TACSTD2 monoclonal antibody (Catalog HY373016, Yellow Histogram) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT.
