背景

V-set and immunoglobulin domain-containing protein 4 (VSIG4/CRIg) is a ~43 kDa protein. Phagocytic receptor, strong negative regulator of T-cell proliferation and IL2 production. Potent inhibitor of the alternative complement pathway convertases.

    Flow-cytometry APC using anti-human VSIG4 antibody. Untransfected cells (blue Histogram) and Transfected cells (Yellow Histogram) were stained with an APC anti-human VSIG4 monoclonal antibody (Catalog HP545026) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
