    SDS-PAGE for Research Grade Anti-Human CD16/FCGR3 Antibody (GMA-161).

  • Flow CytoMetry

    Flow-cytometry using APC anti-human CD16a & CD16b antibody. Untransfected cells (blue Histogram) and Transfected cells (Yellow Histogram) were stained with an APC anti-human CD16a & CD16b monoclonal antibody (Catalog: HY386016) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.

  • Bioactivity

    Detects recombinant CD16b (Catalog No: HF886011) in indirect ELISA.
