| 背景 | 5'-nucleotidase (CD73/NT5E) is a ~63 kDa protein. Catalyzes the hydrolysis of nucleotide monophosphates, releasing inorganic phosphate and the corresponding nucleoside, with AMP being the preferred substrate.
