| 背景 | Pogalizumab, also known as MOXR0916 or vonlerolizumab, is a humanized IgG monoclonal antibody that targets OX40 (CD134), a co-stimulatory receptor belonging to the tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily (TNFRSF). OX40 is predominantly expressed on activated T cells and plays a crucial role in enhancing T-cell proliferation, survival, and cytokine production. By agonistically binding to OX40, pogalizumab aims to potentiate anti-tumor immune responses by promoting effector T-cell activity and inhibiting regulatory T-cell (Treg) functions. |
