| 背景 | Sodium-dependent noradrenaline transporter is a ~69 kDa protein. Mediates sodium- and chloride-dependent transport of norepinephrine (also known as noradrenaline), the primary signaling neurotransmitter in the autonomic sympathetic nervous system. Is responsible for norepinephrine re-uptake and clearance from the synaptic cleft, thus playing a crucial role in norepinephrine inactivation and homeostasis. Can also mediate sodium- and chloride-dependent transport of dopamine. 1. Pacholczyk, T. et al. (1991) Nature 350, 350-4. PMID: 2008212 2. Gu, H. et al.
