背景

Disintegrin and metalloproteinase domain-containing protein 12 (ADAM12) is a ~99 kDa protein. Involved in skeletal muscle regeneration, specifically at the onset of cell fusion. Also involved in macrophage-derived giant cells (MGC) and osteoclast formation from mononuclear precursors.

NoteFor flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is 0.5 µg per million cells in 100 µL volume. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application. For research use only.

  • Flow cytometry

    Flow-cytometry using PE anti-human ADAM12 antibody. U87 cells were stained with an irrelevant antibody (Blue Histogram) or an PE anti-human ADAM12 monoclonal antibody (Catalog HT428323, Yellow Histogram) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
