背景

Complement C4-B (C4B) is a ~192 kDa protein. Precursor of non-enzymatic components of the classical, lectin and GZMK complement pathways, which consist in a cascade of proteins that leads to phagocytosis and breakdown of pathogens and signaling that strengthens the adaptive immune system.

Immunofluorescence staining of Hepg2 with Alpaca monoclonal antibody (20ug/ml, overnight at 4°C), followed by Alexa Fluor-488-conjugated secondary antibody (6.5ug/ml, 50minutes at room temperature). The target protein was detected in the Secreted,Cell projection, axon,Synapse.
