This is a fully mouse bispecific antibody engineered to bridge two clinically validated targets in a single molecule: the CD3 epsilon chain of the T-cell receptor complex (clone 145-2C11) and the B-cell antigen CD20 (clone MB20-11). Presented on an IgG2a, kappa backbone carrying LALAPG mutations, the Fc region is effector-silenced, so activity is driven by antigen bridging rather than by Fc gamma receptor or complement engagement. This design makes it well suited to in-vivo and functional studies of CD3-based T-cell redirection against CD20-positive B cells in immunocompetent mouse models, where a fully mouse-reactive, Fc-silent surrogate is required to model human T-cell engager therapeutics without confounding effector function.
