With no relevant target, IB3 sets the background and gating thresholds that distinguish genuine antigen binding from non-specific or Fc-mediated signal across functional and cytometric assays. The IB3 control antibody shares the distinctive IgG3 framework of test reagents, isolating scaffold effects from real engagement.
