| 特异性 | Goat F(ab')2 Anti-Mouse IgG (H&L) recognizes Mouse IgG (H&L). This secondary antibody was purified using antigen affinity chromatography and adsorbed against serum proteins and immunoglobulins to minimize species cross-reactivity. | ||||

| 背景 | IchorDetect Goat anti-Mouse IgG (H&L) F(ab')2 Secondary Antibody, APC-conjugated and cross-adsorbed, is a fluorescent detection reagent for research use only. It is raised in goat against mouse immunoglobulin and recognises both the heavy and light (H&L) chains of mouse IgG, allowing it to bind a broad range of mouse primary antibodies regardless of their heavy-chain subclass. The reagent is supplied as an enzymatically generated F(ab')2 fragment, which removes the Fc region and thereby reduces nonspecific binding to Fc receptors on cells such as macrophages, monocytes and B cells. It is conjugated to allophycocyanin (APC), a large phycobiliprotein fluorophore excited by red light (roughly 650 nm) and emitting in the far-red (roughly 660 nm), making it well suited to flow cytometry and multicolour immunofluorescence. Cross-adsorption against serum proteins from other common species minimises cross-reactivity, improving specificity in multiplex or multi-species experiments. This is a laboratory detection tool, not a therapeutic, biosimilar, or in-vivo functional antibody. The target here is mouse immunoglobulin G (IgG), detected across both heavy and light chains. IgG is the most abundant antibody class in serum and the format most commonly used for mouse-derived primary antibodies in research. Each IgG monomer comprises two heavy chains and two light chains (kappa or lambda), joined by disulfide bonds. Because this secondary reagent recognises the H&L determinants, it binds primaries of essentially any mouse IgG subclass (IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b, IgG3) and, through the light chain, can also detect other mouse immunoglobulin classes sharing those light chains. The reagent does not have a biological signalling target of its own; rather, its function is to report the location and abundance of a bound mouse primary antibody. Selectivity depends on the goat host, cross-adsorption to deplete anti-species reactivity, and the F(ab')2 format to limit Fc-mediated background. | ||||
