pH-neutral aqueous adjuvant; bluish transparent liquid; polymer-based with hydrophobic domain binding to protein antigens; preserves protein structure; slow-release mechanism for gradual immune stimulation; non-toxic, non-immunogenic; no protein components; superior to Freund's adjuvant with fewer side effects.

应用方法	稀释比例
Protein antigens/inactivated viruses/VLPs	40-60 μg per injection in 100 μL, mixed with 50 μL adjuvant. Peptide/small molecule conjugates: 80-120 μg per injection in 100 μL, mixed with 50 μL adjuvant. Total volume: 150 μL per mouse. Recommended injection: subcutaneous (2 sites, dorsal neck) + intraperitoneal (1 site). Mix antigen with adjuvant immediately before injection.

MTiterFast® Adjuvant is a pH-neutral aqueous adjuvant designed specifically for mouse immunization. Tested on 1,704 BALB/c mice with immunogen types including recombinant proteins (60%), peptides (35%), and small molecules (5%). AtaGenix has successfully developed over 300 high-quality antibodies using MTiterFast® Adjuvant. Immunization protocol: 3 injections (Day 0, Day 7, Day 14), with serum collection on Day 21.
