pH-neutral aqueous adjuvant; bluish transparent liquid; polymer-based with excellent slow-release and immune-stimulating properties; non-toxic, non-immunogenic; enhances both humoral and cellular immunity; significantly superior to Freund's adjuvant with no adverse reactions (no fever, granuloma, or injection site ulceration). Induces high-titer antibodies within 2 weeks vs. 8 weeks for Freund's adjuvant.

稀释比例
Protein antigens
25-50 μg/dose. Inactivated whole virus/bacteria/VLPs: 15-25 μg/dose. Small molecule-carrier protein conjugates: 50-80 μg/dose. Antigen:adjuvant volume ratio = 1:1. Dilute antigen to 2× target concentration, then mix with equal volume of adjuvant. Recommended injection: intramuscular (gastrocnemius muscle). Immunization schedule: Day 0 (primary), Day 14 (booster). Check titer Day 21, boost if needed.

UTiterFast® Adjuvant is a pH-neutral aqueous adjuvant specifically designed for large animal immunization including bovine, equine, porcine, alpaca, goat, and sheep. Also effective in mice. In piglet safety trials, UTiterFast® group showed normal mental status, appetite, stable body temperature, and no adverse reactions at injection sites, while Freund's adjuvant group showed lethargy, decreased feed intake, and injection site swelling/ulceration. Dual immune enhancement: simultaneously enhances humoral and cellular immunity with long-lasting antibody responses and stronger memory cell reactions.
