背景

G-protein coupled receptor family C group 5 member D (GPRC5D) is a ~38 kDa protein. G-protein coupled receptor involved in hard keratin expression and likely plays a role in the development of hair and nails.

NoteFor research use only. This stable cell line expresses GFP as a reporter marker. GFP is expressed independently of the target protein and is not fused to the target protein.

  • Flow cytometry

    Untransfected cells (blue Histogram) and Transfected cells (Yellow Histogram) were stained with an anti-human GPRC5D monoclonal antibody at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
