背景

High affinity immunoglobulin gamma Fc receptor I (CD64/FCGR1A) is a ~42 kDa protein. High affinity receptor for the Fc region of immunoglobulins gamma. Functions in both innate and adaptive immune responses. Mediates IgG effector functions on monocytes triggering antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) of virus-infected cells.

  • Flow cytometry

    Untransfected cells (blue Histogram) and Transfected cells (Yellow Histogram) were stained with an anti-human CD64 monoclonal antibody at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
