稳定性和存储

Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Store at 2 to 8°C for frequent use. Store at -20 to -80°C for twelve months from the date of receipt.

背景

AMSH-like protease (STAMBPL1/AMSHLP) is a ~49 kDa protein. Zinc metalloprotease that specifically cleaves 'Lys-63'-linked polyubiquitin chains. Acts as a positive regulator of the TORC1 signaling pathway by mediating 'Lys-63'-linked deubiquitination of SESN2, thereby inhibiting SESN2-interaction with the GATOR2 complex. Does not cleave 'Lys-48'-linked polyubiquitin chains.
