Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Store at 2 to 8°C for frequent use. Store at -20 to -80°C for twelve months from the date of receipt.

YEATS domain-containing protein 2 (YEATS2) is a ~150 kDa protein. Chromatin reader component of the ATAC complex, a complex with histone acetyltransferase activity on histones H3 and H4. YEATS2 specifically recognizes and binds histone H3 crotonylated at 'Lys-27' (H3K27cr). Crotonylation marks active promoters and enhancers and confers resistance to transcriptional repressors.
