SDS-PAGE

SDS-PAGE for InVivoMAb Anti-Human CD137/TNFRSF9 (Iv0099).
Flow CytoMetry

Flow-cytometry using PE anti-human CD137 antibody. HDLM-2 cells were stained with an irrelevant antibody (Blue Histogram) or an PE anti-human CD137 monoclonal antibody (Catalog: HC336010, Yellow Histogram) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
Immunofluorescence

Immunofluorescence staining of HDLM2 with Human monoclonal antibody (20ug/ml, overnight at 4°C), followed by Alexa Fluor-488-conjugated secondary antibody (6.5ug/ml, 50minutes at room temperature). The target protein was detected in the cell membrane.
