Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Store at 2 to 8°C for frequent use. Store at -20 to -80°C for twelve months from the date of receipt.

背景

Non-structural protein ORF4a is a ~12 kDa protein. DsRNA-binding protein that plays a role in the inhibition of host innate response. Suppresses host PACT-induced activation of RIGI and MDA5 and thereby circumvents the production of type I interferons. Also prevents the activation of host NF-kappa-B. Inhibits the integrated stress response (ISR) in the infected cell by binding to dsRNA and inhibiting EIF2AK2-mediated phosphorylation of EIF2S1/eIF2-alpha. Stress granule formation is thus inhibited, which allows protein synthesis and viral replication.
