背景	Integrin beta-4 (CD104/ITGB4) is a ~202 kDa protein. Integrin alpha-6/beta-4 is a receptor for laminin. Plays a critical structural role in the hemidesmosome of epithelial cells. Is required for the regulation of keratinocyte polarity and motility. ITGA6:ITGB4 binds to NRG1 (via EGF domain) and this binding is essential for NRG1-ERBB signaling. Flow-cytometry using anti-human ITGB4 antibody.A549 cells were stained with an irrelevant antibody (Blue Histogram) or an anti-human ITGB4 antibody monoclonal antibody (Catalog # HB684107 ,Green Histogram) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a FITC conjugated goat anti-mouse antibody (Catalog # MF690414) and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
