背景	CUB domain-containing protein 1 (CD318/CDCP1) is a ~92 kDa protein. May be involved in cell adhesion and cell matrix association. May play a role in the regulation of anchorage versus migration or proliferation versus differentiation via its phosphorylation. May be a novel marker for leukemia diagnosis and for immature hematopoietic stem cell subsets. Belongs to the tetraspanin web involved in tumor progression and metastasis.

Flow Cytometry

Flow-cytometry using anti-human CD318 antibody.HT-29 cells were stained with an irrelevant antibody (Blue Histogram) or an anti-human CD318 antibody monoclonal antibody (Catalog # HV451107 ,Green Histogram) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a FITC conjugated goat anti-mouse antibody (Catalog # MF690414) and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
