背景

Leucine-rich repeat-containing protein 15 (LRRC15/LIB) is a ~64 kDa protein. (Microbial infection) Modulates the ability of SARS-CoV-2 to infect host cells through interaction with the spike protein. Does not act as a SARS-CoV-2 entry receptor but sequesters virions and antagonizes in trans SARS-CoV-2 infection of ACE2(+) cells when expressed on nearby cells.

  • Flow Cytometry

    Flow-cytometry using anti-human LRRC15 antibody.LRRC15 Transfected CHO cells were stained with an irrelevant antibody (Blue Histogram) or an anti-human LRRC15 antibody monoclonal antibody (Catalog # HV777107 ,Green Histogram) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a FITC conjugated goat anti-mouse antibody (Catalog # MF690414) and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
