背景

ADP-ribosyl cyclase/cyclic ADP-ribose hydrolase 2 (CD157/BST1) is a ~35 kDa protein. Catalyzes both the synthesis of cyclic ADP-beta-D-ribose (cADPR) from NAD(+), and its hydrolysis to ADP-D-ribose (ADPR). Cyclic ADPR is known to serve as an endogenous second messenger that elicits calcium release from intracellular stores, and thus regulates the mobilization of intracellular calcium (Probable). May be involved in pre-B-cell growth (Probable).

  • Flow CytoMetry

    Flow-cytometry using FITC anti-human CD157 antibody. THP-1 cells were stained with an irrelevant antibody (Blue Histogram) or an FITC anti-human CD157 monoclonal antibody (Catalog: HC654117, Yellow Histogram) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
