背景	Interleukin-3 receptor subunit alpha (CD123/IL-3Rα) is a ~43 kDa protein. Cell surface receptor for IL3 expressed on hematopoietic progenitor cells, monocytes and B-lymphocytes that controls the production and differentiation of hematopoietic progenitor cells into lineage-restricted cells. Ligand stimulation rapidly induces hetrodimerization with IL3RB, phosphorylation and enzyme activity of effector proteins such as JAK2 and PI3K that play a role in signaling cell proliferation and differentiation. Note	For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is 0.5 µg per million cells in 100 µL volume. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application. For research use only.

Flow Cytometry

Flow-cytometry using APC anti-Human CD123 antibody. KG-1 cells were stained with an irrelevant antibody (Green Histogram) or an APC anti-Human CD123 antibody monoclonal antibody (Catalog # HB714137 , Red Histogram) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
