稳定性和存储The ELISA Kit should be stored at 2–8°C and is stable for up to 6 months when unopened, unless otherwise stated on the product label or datasheet. Components stored separately may remain stable for up to 12 months under recommended conditions. After opening, keep components tightly capped at 2–8°C. Prepared working solutions should be used on the day of preparation, and repeated freeze-thaw cycles of protein-containing reagents, including reconstituted standards/calibrators, should be avoided.

背景

Tisotumab vedotin is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting tissue factor (TF/CD142), a protein highly expressed in multiple solid tumors. The antibody is conjugated to the microtubule-disrupting agent monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE) through a cleavable linker. Upon binding and internalization, MMAE is released intracellularly, resulting in tumor cell death. Tisotumab vedotin has demonstrated clinical activity in several solid tumors, including cervical cancer.
