稳定性和存储The ELISA Kit should be stored at 2–8°C and is stable for up to 6 months when unopened, unless otherwise stated on the product label or datasheet. Components stored separately may remain stable for up to 12 months under recommended conditions. After opening, keep components tightly capped at 2–8°C. Prepared working solutions should be used on the day of preparation, and repeated freeze-thaw cycles of protein-containing reagents, including reconstituted standards/calibrators, should be avoided.

背景

Enfortumab vedotin is an antibody–drug conjugate targeting nectin-4, a cell adhesion molecule highly expressed in urothelial carcinoma and other epithelial tumors. Following binding to nectin-4, the conjugate is internalized and releases the microtubule-disrupting agent monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE), leading to cell-cycle arrest and apoptosis. The ADC combines tumor-selective antibody targeting with potent cytotoxic delivery and has shown significant clinical efficacy in metastatic urothelial cancer, particularly after prior checkpoint inhibitor therapy.
