Prepared working solutions should be used on the day of preparation, and repeated freeze-thaw cycles of protein-containing reagents, including reconstituted standards/calibrators, should be avoided.

背景	Enoblituzumab is an Fc-engineered humanized IgG1 monoclonal antibody targeting B7-H3 (CD276), an immune regulatory molecule overexpressed in a wide range of solid tumors. Fc optimization enhances binding to activating Fcγ receptors while reducing interaction with inhibitory Fcγ receptors, thereby increasing antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity. Through targeting B7-H3, enoblituzumab promotes immune-mediated tumor cell killing and has been evaluated in multiple solid tumor types, including renal cell carcinoma, bladder cancer, and pancreatic cancer.
