背景

V-type immunoglobulin domain-containing suppressor of T-cell activation (VSIR/VISTA) is a ~33 kDa protein. Immunoregulatory receptor which inhibits the T-cell response. May promote differentiation of embryonic stem cells, by inhibiting BMP4 signaling. May stimulate MMP14-mediated MMP2 activation.

  • Flow cytometry

    Flow-cytometry PE using anti-human VSIR antibody. Untransfected cells (blue Histogram) and Transfected cells (Yellow Histogram) were stained with an PE anti-human VSIR monoclonal antibody (Catalog HP543127) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
