生物活性	STX-100 (1 h pretreatment) exhibits minimal inhibitory effects on TGF-β1-induced morphological and nuclear changes in A549 cells [3]. STX-100 (1 h pretreatment) does not substantially alter actin cytoskeletal organization in A549 cells and does not prevent TGF-β1-associated changes in actin distribution [3]. STX-100 (1 h pretreatment) has limited inhibitory effects on TGF-β1-induced morphological and nuclear changes in MCF10A cells [3]. Flow cytometry

Flow-cytometry using anti-human ITGB6 antibody. HT29 cells were stained with an irrelevant antibody (Blue Histogram) or an anti-human ITGB6 monoclonal antibody (Catalog HY065046, Yellow Histogram) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L Polyclonal Antibody, FITC (abinScience: HF690414) and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
