Immunofluorescent analysis of 4% PFA-fixed and 0.1% Triton X-100-permeabilized 293T cells transfected with pEGFP-N1 using GFP antibody (Cat. No. YP144013) at 20 μg/mL. CY3-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG (H+L) was used as the secondary antibody, and nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (blue).
