稳定性和存储

Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Store at 2 to 8°C for frequent use. Store at -20 to -80°C for twelve months from the date of receipt.

背景

C-X-C chemokine receptor type 2 (CD182/CXCR2) is a ~40 kDa protein. Receptor for interleukin-8 which is a powerful neutrophil chemotactic factor. Binding of IL-8 to the receptor causes activation of neutrophils. This response is mediated via a G-protein that activates a phosphatidylinositol-calcium second messenger system. Binds to IL-8 with high affinity. Also binds with high affinity to CXCL3, GRO/MGSA and NAP-2.

Western blot analysis was performed using anti-CXCR2 monoclonal antibody at 1ug/mL on various samples.
Lane 1: recombinant human CXCR2 (Catalog No: HB243012)
Immunofluorescence

Immunofluorescence staining of Hepg2 with Alpaca monoclonal antibody (20ug/ml, overnight at 4°C), followed by Alexa Fluor-488-conjugated secondary antibody (6.5ug/ml, 50minutes at room temperature). The target protein was detected in the Cell membrane.
