CTX-2026 (1 ug/mL; 6 d) shows a rescuing effect on nonablated CD45 + T cells [1]. CTX-2026 (5 mg/kg; i.p. for 15 days every 3 days once) effects the tumor growth of NY-OVCAR3 tumor mice [1].

背景

Butyrophilin subfamily 3 member A1 (CD277/BTN3A1) is a ~57 kDa protein. Plays a role in T-cell activation and in the adaptive immune response. Regulates the proliferation of activated T-cells. Regulates the release of cytokines and IFNG by activated T-cells. Mediates the response of T-cells toward infected and transformed cells that are characterized by high levels of phosphorylated metabolites, such as isopentenyl pyrophosphate.
