Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Store at 2 to 8°C for frequent use. Store at -20 to -80°C for twelve months from the date of receipt.

背景

Green fluorescent protein (GFP) is a ~26 kDa protein. Energy-transfer acceptor. Its role is to transduce the blue chemiluminescence of the protein aequorin into green fluorescent light by energy transfer. Fluoresces in vivo upon receiving energy from the Ca(2+)-activated photoprotein aequorin.

Immunofluorescence

Immunofluorescent analysis of 4% PFA-fixed and 0.1% Triton X-100-permeabilized 293T cells transfected with pEGFP-N1 using VHH anti-GFP antibody (Cat. No. ZP144033, His-tagged) at 20 μg/mL. After incubation with mouse anti-His antibody, CY3-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG (H+L) was used as the secondary antibody. Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (blue).
